Please forgive me if the in title above is a little extrim. I didn't mean to make PHP as a new faith/religion but it is connected to the strategy of the business world or in the high competition in getting the job. Especially, when we realize that we have a limit of time, money and power.

If you are a rookie, you may be feel surprise when you see the ability of someone in the curriculum vitae where it says that that someone has an experience of PHP, Java, Net, etc. He/she have a great portofolio where it says that he/she had already done with the project of Enterprise Resource Planning, etc. The point is that he/she is great.

Yes, we have to admit that that someone is great. We have to admit that fact. But if you are a rookie, you don't have to worry about it. However, we cannot escape from our gift in what we called as a chance. May be someone is lucky in getting job in a big company and the company send him to the courses of $5000 and then he/she gets a presticious certificate. How about if we do not a chance such as her/him?

I think that expression equals with the tight competition work nowadays. Well, how come the boss in a one company chooses you if you are ‘twin’ with the other applicants. Should the boss throw the dice into a table in order to choose one of the applicants?

For example, when you are wearing a loud shirt than another applicant so if I were a boss, at least I will say, ‘Who is that man? He is wearing a loud shirt than the other. Let me see his application.” Yup… whether the application is good or not, at least you are already taking the attention.

The surgery specialist!

At least we are become a surgery specialist in our skill. Surgery specialist is a person with a high prestition and good care of the patient in the surgery operation room without any mistakes. A lot of people are proud of him/her and they become a good inspiration for other people.

Then, if you are become a master of PHP in a high level such as the surgery specialist, you will find an exact solution for a lot of company. Most of them are looking for a solution and not a technology. Even though they are choosing technology, it is because the successful people succeed in making sure that technology is the best solution. Once again, it’s about solution!
