PHP Array Tips - Part 14: To extracting contiguous segments of an Array, we can use array_slice() function. Like this:

$arr = array("zero","one", "two", "three", "four", "five", "six");

$arr2 = array_slice($arr,3,4);
print_r($arr2);
// result: Array ( [0] => three [1] => four [2] => five [3] => six )
