PHP Array Tips - Part 17: If you want to randomize array, you can use shuffle() or array_rand(). like this:

$arr = array("zero","zero","zero","one", "two", "three", "four", "five", "six");

$arr2 = $arr;
shuffle($arr2);
print_r($arr2);
// result: Array ( [0] => zero [3] => one [4] => two [5] => three [6] => four [7] => five [8] => six )
echo "<br>";
$arr3 = array_rand($arr,5);
print_r($arr3);
// result: Array ( [0] => zero [1] => one [2] => two [3] => three [4] => four [5] => five [6] => six )
