PHP XML Tips - Part 5: If you want to recursively process and XML document. You can create a function like this:

<?php
$xml = simplexml_load_file("books.xml")
       or die("Error: Cannot create object");

function processXML($node){
  foreach($node->children() as $books => $data){
    if(trim($data) != ""){
	  echo $books.": ".$data;
	  echo "<br />";
	}
	processXML($data);
  }
}

processXML($xml);

?>

We can write a function to parse object. If we dont find node value, we recall again function.
