Wordpress Theme Step by Step Tutorial: Are you bore with default wordpress theme? You can change your wordpress theme whenever you want. There are free thousands themes available for you. In this post, we will learn how to change theme with download theme.

In this practice, I will use theme named "Gossip City 2". You can download at http://wp-themes.designdisease.com.

  1. Download and place within wordpress/wp-content/themes.
  2. Extract this compressed file.

  3. Login as admin. point your browser to http://localhost/wordpress/wp-admin.

  4. Click presentation tab.
  5. Choose and click thumbnail of theme we want.

Open new browser, point your browser to http://localhost/wordpress. You will get like following image:
